Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation by a customer must be made in writing (via email) and be acknowledged by Connemara Equestrian Escapes in writing (via email).
Deposits are non-refundable.
You have a 7 day grace period after the date of booking in which you can cancel.
If you cancel within the 7 day grace period, your deposit will be refunded less the initial credit card booking fee.
If you cancel after the 7 day grace period (after date of deposit payment), your deposit can only be applied to a trip within the same or next calendar year.
If you cancel your booking before final payment is due, cancellation charges on the tour price will be imposed as shown below:
(a) 12 weeks or more prior to departure – loss of deposit.
(b) 8-12 weeks before departure – 50% of tour costs.
Cancellations made less than 55 days before trip start date. 100% of tour costs.
We strongly recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance once you have paid your deposit which covers you against unavoidable cancellation.
